  • Getting started is simple. You can book by using the contact form on the website or click the Book Appointment button at the top of the page.

    I offer complimentary discovery calls so that we can talk through goals and timelines to determine if we are a good fit.

  • I can recommend and provide products, but nothing is purchased without your approval. I focus on using what you already have whenever possible. I think systems are much more important than having the perfect “organizing bins”.

  • This is completely normal. I offer a judgment-free, supportive approach and we move at a pace that feels comfortable to you. You are always in control of what stays or goes.

  • Every session is collaborative and tailored to your space and needs. While no two homes are exactly alike, most organizing sessions follow a similar flow:

    1. Brief orientation (5-10 minutes)

      We’ll confirm the plan for the session, review the space, and make any small adjustments as needed.

    2. Decluttering & sorting

      We work through items together when decisions are needed (what to keep, donate, let go of). Once decisions are made, I continue to organize independently.

    3. Organizing & system building

      Items are grouped by category, zones are created, and simple, sustainable systems are put in place.

    4. Finishing touches

      The space is reset, basic labels are added as needed, and donation items are prepared for drop-off.

    5. Wrap-up & next steps

      We review what we accomplished, discuss maintenance tips, and outline any recommended next steps.

  • Yes. You are welcome to step away, work, or relax during the session—just be available if questions come up and during the decision-making process about belongings.

  • I understand that schedules change. To respect both of our time, the following cancellation policy applies to all organizing sessions:

    • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.

    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the schedule session fee.

    • No-shows or inability to access the space will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.
